Color change project
Each condo community now has the opportunity to update the appearance of its buildings.
In August 2023, the Board of Directors of Calusa Palms VII began exploring new exterior color options for the condominium buildings. Originally built in 2004, the condos were ready for a fresh, updated look that would complement the variety of colors already seen among the single-family homes in Calusa Palms.
At the end of 2024, the Architectural Review Committee approved the proposed change. Calusa Palms VII became the first condominium association in the community to introduce one of the new color schemes.
As the other six condominium associations approach their scheduled repainting, they may now choose from three approved color palettes or retain the existing color scheme. Any proposed change must receive the required approval from the association’s owners and the Architectural Review Committee.
Special thanks go to all the residents who supported the vision of bringing a fresh new look to our community. Residents interested in updating their association’s colors are encouraged to discuss the available options with their board members.
