Calusa Palms Master Association
Every resident belongs to the Master Association. Condominium owners belong to one of the seven condo associations as well.
The Master Association looks after the shared grounds, the clubhouse and pool, and the community as a whole. Master dues are payable quarterly by all residents.
Each condominium association is responsible for its own buildings, its own budget and its own bylaws. Condo owners pay their association dues in addition to the Master dues.
