When are assessments due and how should I pay?
HOA fees are due quarterly — January 1, April 1, July 1 and October 1. All residents pay dues for the Master Association. Condo owners pay condo dues in addition. We have seven condo associations; check which one covers your building.
What are the bylaws of your community?
Bylaws are published in the members section. Single family homeowners will find the bylaws and covenants for the entire community; each condo group holds the bylaws for that specific condo association.
Is it possible to rent the Clubhouse for a private party?
Yes, the Clubhouse may be rented for a private party. Please contact the Master Association to check availability and the current rental terms.
Who is on the board of directors and how can we contact them?
The most current board list is published by the management company. Open your owner account with Alliant Property Management for the up-to-date contact information.
Where do I get official association documents?
Official documents come from Alliant Property Management. Each owner needs an account at home.alliantproperty.com — once approved you have access to all information for Calusa Palms and its subdivisions.
