When are assessments due and how should I pay?

HOA fees are due quarterly - Jan./Apr./Jul/Oct. 1st. All residents have to pay the dues for the Master Association. Condo Owners have to pay Condo Dues in addition. We have seven Condo-Associations. Please check in Groups who is responsable for you.

What are the bylaws of your community?

Bylaws are published in the group section. In the single family home section you find the bylaws and covenants for the entire community. In each Condo-group you find the bylaws for your condo association.

Is it possible to rent the Clubhouse for a private party?

Yes, you may rent the Clubhouse for a private party. Please contact the Master Association SWFLcom.
